STARTING FORMULA:

Attacking Stat + DB + STAB(+3/tier) = Damage

(Damage – Defending Stat) / or * (Resistance (half/quarter) or Weakness (x1.5/2.0)) = Damage Taken

BASE HP X 3 +10 + Level + Nature + Size Bonus = Actual HP

+1 ALL STATS/LEVEL, +3/TIER TO 2 STATS FROM NATURE

4 tiers?

CS = +3/tier, caps at +4/-2? cannot go below 0

DB goes up by tier; Tier 1 = x1.0; Tier 2 = x1.5; Tier 3 = x2; Tier 4 = x2.5

DB base range is 1-25; DB is Power /10, rounded down

TRAINER CASH MATH:

Double all listed amounts for Daily values, quadruple that amount for Weekly values, x 40 for Yearly Values

As a shit thief cunt with 3d6 Acrobatics:

Rolling max: 18 x 5 = $90/$180/$720/$28,800
Rolling min: 3 x 5 = $15/$30/$120/$4,800

Taking 3: 9 x 5 = $45/$90/$360/$14,400

As a master thief with 8d6 Acrobatics, +8 Grade, and the Professional 2 Edge

Rolling max: (48 + (8 x 3)) = 72 x 5 = $360/$720/$2,880/$115,200

Rolling min: (6 + (8 x 3)) = 30 x 5 = $150/$300/$1,200/$48,000

Taking 3: (24 + (8 x 3))= 48 x 5 = $240/$480/$1,920/$76,800

As a baby socialite with 3d6 Guile:

Rolling max: 18 x 20 = $360/$720/$2,880/$115,200
Rolling min: 3 x 20 = $60/$120/$480/$19,200

Taking 3: 9 x 20 = $180/$360/$1,440/$57,600

As a master socialite with 8d6 Guile, +8 Grade, and the Professional 2 Edge

Rolling max: (48 + (8 x 3)) = 72 x 20 = $1,440/$2,880/$11,520/$460,800

Rolling min: (6 + (8 x 3)) = 30 x 20 = $600/$1,200/$4,800/$192,000

Taking 3: (24 + (8 x 3))= 48 x 20 = $960/$1,920/$7,680/$307,200

As a non-adventuring level 1 carpenter with 4d6 General Edu., +2 Grade
(AKA An average apprentice)

Rolling max: (24 + 2) = 26 x 15 = $390/$780/$3,120/$124,800

Rolling min: (4 + 2) = 6 x 15 = $90/$180/$720/$28,800

Taking 3: (12 + 2) = 14 x 15 = $210/$420/$1,680/$67,200

As a master level 1 carpenter with 4d6 General Edu., +8 Grade, and the Professional 2 Edge
(AKA An average master)

Rolling max: (24 + (8 x 3)) = 48 x 15 = $720/$1,440/$5,760/$230,400

Rolling min: (4 + (8 x 3)) = 28 x 15 = $420/$840/$3,360/$134,400

Taking 3: (12 + (8 x 3)) = 36 x 15 = $525/$1,050/$4,200/$168,000

EXPECTED WEALTH RANGE PER TIER:

To determine range:

  • Define how long a PC should spend in their Tier
  • Determine lowest and highest ranges of wealth that can be achieved within that timeframe?
  • How much are the abilities at that tier “worth”, monetarily?
  • Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ????

Totally spitballing, but:

Assuming Tier 1 takes 2 months of dedicated adventuring to get through, 4 months of slacking?
Thief PC makes $560 per week; Socialite PC makes $2240 – Thief PC makes $4480/$8960; Socialite makes $17920/$35840

Tier 2 takes 4 months of adventuring, 8 of slacking??

The chart below shows the range at the beginning of the tier, then the range at the end.

TIER LOW-WEALTH RANGE HIGH-WEALTH RANGE
1 $1,000 – $2,000
$4,500 – $9,000
$4,000 – $8,000
$18,000 – $36,000

Fuck all this dumb shit I hate economics anyway

NEW ECONOMIC PARADIGM:

Tiers 1&2 use Poke-dollars as normal

Tiers 3&4 use P-Crystals for higher level shitz

NEVER SHALL THE TWAIN MEET

  • Really cool shit can only be bought with P-Crystals
  • Properties produce dollars at first, then P-Crystals
  • Masterwork Quality & higher items are made with P-Crystals instead of cash
  • Scrap exists for Poke-dollars, but not P-Crystals
