HP Formulas & Damage; v2

ACTUAL HP FORMULA:

(Base HP X Tier Bonus (2+Tier)) + Level + Size Bonus (+3 to +12 per Tier) + Nature (6 x Tier) + 10 = Actual HP

DAMAGE FORMULA:

Attacking Stat + Damage Base + STAB(+3/tier) = Damage
(Damage – Defending Stat) / or * (Resistance (half/quarter) or Weakness (x1.5/2.0)) = Damage Taken

Damage Base Multiplier goes up by tier;
Tier 1 = x1.0; Tier 2 = x1.5; Tier 3 = x2; Tier 4 = x2.5

Damage Base number range is 1-25;
When adapting Moves from games, D
amage Base is the move’s Power /10, rounded down

Combat Stages increase or decrease a stat by +3/Tier, caps at +4/-2? Cannot bring stat below 0.

EXAMPLE POKEMON:

Larvitar level 1, Brave (+ATK, +DEF)

HP: (5 (Base HP) x 3 (Tier Bonus)) + 1 (Level) +10 = 26 (Actual HP)
ATK: 6 (Base ATK) + 1 (Level) + 3 (Nature) = 10
DEF: 5 (Base DEF) + 1 (Level) + 3 (Nature) = 9
SPATK: 5 (Base SPATK) + 1 (Level) = 6
SPDEF: 5 (Base SPDEF) + 1 (Level) = 6
SPEED: 4 (Base SPEED) + 1 (Level) = 5

Attack:
Bite ~ Damage Base 6;
(6 (Damage Base) x 1 (Damage Base Multiplier)) + 10 ATK + 3 (STAB) = 19 damage

Blissey level 20, Hardy (+HP, +DEF)

HP: (26 (Base HP) x 6 (Tier Bonus)) + 20 (Level) + 24 (Nature) + 10 = 210 (Actual HP)
ATK: 1 (Base ATK) + 20 (Level) = 20
